Gideon Ben-EfraimChairman, CEO
Gideon Ben-Efraim has served as a Chairman of the company from September 2006 and as CEO since January 2007. Prior to joining PureWave Networks, Gideon was CEO and founder of Go Networks from inception until its merger with Nextwave Wireless, Inc. (WAVE) in 2004. Gideon also served as Netro’s founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman for 9 years and led the IPO of the company in 1999. Prior to Netro, Gideon was a founder and Executive Vice President, Engineering and Business Development at P-Com Inc. (IPO 1995).

Eric BenhamouChairman, Advisory Board
Eric Benhamou is chairman and CEO of Benhamou Global Ventures, LLC. Benhamou Global Ventures, started in 2003, invests and plays an active role in innovative high tech firms throughout the world. Mr. Benhamou is also the chairman of the board of directors of 3Com Corporation. He is an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at INSEAD. He is also a visiting professor at Ben Gurion University. He served as chairman of the board of directors of Palm, Inc. from 1999 until 2007 and as chief executive officer of Palm from 2001 until 2003. Benhamou served as chief executive officer of 3Com Corporation from 1990 until 2000. Previously, he held a variety of senior management positions at 3Com.

In 1981, Mr. Benhamou co-founded Bridge Communications, an early networking pioneer, and was vice president of engineering until its merger with 3Com in 1987.

In 2003, Mr. Benhamou was appointed to the Joint High Level Advisory Panel of the U.S.- Israel Science and Technology Commission by U.S. Commerce Secretary Donald Evans. He currently serves as chairman of the board of Cypress Semiconductor and as a member of the board of RealNetworks, Inc and of Silicon Valley Bancshares. He serves on the board of directors of several privately held companies. Mr. Benhamou serves on the executive committee of TechNet. He is the chairman of the Israel Venture Network, a venture philanthropy organization for a stronger Israeli society.

Anik BoseAnik Bose is a General Partner at BGV. BGV is an early stage venture fund that assists entrepreneurs in building a new generation of high technology companies. Prior to joining BGV, he headed business development at 3Com – in this role he managed a $250MM corporate venture fund, spearheaded dozens of venture capital investments and executed numerous M&A transactions. Key venture investments include – Mesh Networks (acquired by Motorola), Parthus (IPO), Cicada Semiconductor (acquired by Vitesse), Microtune (IPO), ADMTek (acquired by Infineon), Atrica (acquired by Nokia/Siemens), Sheer Networks (acquired by Cisco), Air Prime (Acquired by Sierra Wireless), Healthetec (IPO) and Intransa. Most recently Mr. Bose architected the launch of H3C (3Com’s joint venture with Huawei), which achieved annual revenues of over $700 million and a market valuation of $1.8Bn within 36 months of launch. Prior to joining 3Com, Mr. Bose served as a Partner in the High Technology Practice of Deloitte Management Consulting in San Francisco. Mr. Bose holds a MBA from Boston College and BA in Economics from the University of Delhi, India.

Bo Hedfors Bo Hedfors is a 40 year veteran of the telecom industry. He was Executive Vice President of Motorola and President of its global wireless infrastructure business. Prior to Motorola Mr. Hedfors spent 30 years in different management positions at Ericson, including CTO of LM, President and CEO of Ericsson, Inc. Mr. Hedfors is also a board member of Tellabs, a publicly traded company, and serves on the board of several private companies. Mr. Hedfors holds a Master of Electrical Engineering degree from Chalmers University of Technology and he is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences.

Michio FujimuraMr. Fujimura is a co-founder and Managing Director of ATA Ventures. For 15 years, Mr. Fujimura owned and operated Vanguard Systems Consulting (VSC), a sole proprietorship established to leverage his wide IT industry experience. VSC built a strong reputation in Silicon Valley that specialized in the areas of international business development and business operations consulting (product planning, product marketing and manufacturing) for U.S. start-up companies.

Andy FillatMr. Fillat is a Managing Member at Leapfrog Ventures, an early stage technology investor. He previously served as a Venture Partner at Rembrandt Venture Partners, and was a Managing Director and Technology Group Head for American Capital Strategies (Boston, Palo Alto, Bethesda). Mr. Fillat served as a Managing Director at Advent International where he headed the technology sector team, managed the venture capital operations, and served on the Executive Committee of Advent and at and was a partner at Fletcher and Company, Inc. Mr. Fillat spent twelve years in line management positions, including Vice President Technology (CTO) of Fidelity Investments, CEO of Codimark Corp, various positions at Financial Publishing Corp., and Epsilon. Mr. Fillat holds an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School, as well as a Master of Sciences and Bachelors of Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with a major in computer science.

Robert R. AckermanBob Ackerman is Managing Director and co-founder of Allegis Capital. Mr. Ackerman currently sits on the Board of Directors for Inertia Beverage Group. Prior investments include LGC Wireless, IronPort Systems (CSCO), iBeam Broadcasting (NASDAQ), Comparnet (MSFT), StepUp Commerce (INTU) and Classroom Connect (ENL). His operating experience includes, CEO of UniSoft Systems and founder and Chairman of InfoGear Technology Corporation (acquired by CISCO in 2000). Mr. Ackerman was a member of the 2007 Forbes MIDAS list of the leading technology leaders and venture capitalists. He has been a keynote speaker at the Investors Business Forum (IBF) on Corporate Venturing & Strategic Investing. Mr. Ackerman was also a member of the Board of Directors of The Entrepreneur's Foundation. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the San Francisco-based Asian Art Museum. Mr. Ackerman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
